The technology allows our production team to cut a range of substrates into intricate shapes creating a variety of signage and custom fabrication solutions. Onsite in on our Miranda premise we supply and cut Acrylic Sheet, Plastic Sheet, Plywood Sheet, MDF Sheet in addition to Aluminium and Aluminium Composite Panel. We have in-house flatbed printing services that when coupled with our CNC machine we can produce just about any signage offering you can imagine. We stock a wide selection of routing tools and our trained staff can assist with even the most challenging shape cutting projects.

Thanks to our CNC machine and Flatbed Printing ability 1800 For Promo are producing squeeze guards in our Miranda factory to combat the Covid 19 virus and the restrictions put into place for businesses around Australia. Oporto Plywood Boxes

CNC cutting plywood and MDF sheeting is a common practice here at 1800 For Promo. Our CNC cuts and engraves shapes from plywood allowing us to build a range of products alike these popcorn boxes for our friends at Oporto, in this case we used the CNC drill bit to engrave the Oporto logo onto the face panel of the box. With our in-house flatbed printing and magic eye system on the router we are able to go above and beyond and introduce printing onto plywood before we CNC cut to shape.
